On the day of the event, I came in at 9am to start getting the room setup for the day this was getting all 12 computers turned on and getting the Tricaster with the Allen and Heath SQ5 audio mixer on. Within the Tricaster I started to open the session that i had been working on for the event then started to make sure we are sending and receiving audio to the SQ5, I had then went back into the main room to get the lighting on for the setup that we had for the event. Within the observer PC I had opened Screen capture making sure that the software had the correct audio output and screen capture resolution with that I had then opened YouTube to be able to test if we are sending audio from the PC to the Tricaster.

Beforing hitting Live I had setup the times the starting time to do the stream was at 2PM then have the starting soon screen go on for 5 mins before switching to the host. Within waiting for the starting timer was going I was making sure that parts of the mix effects was ready for example having the animated host overlay ready to be switch to, once the timer had ended we had switched to the hosted where I was getting ready to switch the video that would be played, once the switch had happened I then started to get the casters overlay ready within the mix effect that the host had where when I was getting ready on all of this I was letting my audio guy that was beside me on the SQ5 to get ready for the switch to the casters when the timer was of the video was at 10 seconds remaining. Then we get to the game footage where I had started the replay record to within the game play where I had to opened one of the mixs to start adding the replay files that was being created ready for the casters to do their analysis. Overall some parts about getting timing right for the audio person to match with the video when it plays while setting things up in the background to be ready was great, I beleave some parts could of gone better but overall the stream had went really great.
